Door County Visit Door County Slideshow We spent a night in the well-known Door County, in northeast Wisconsin. We had a great time touring the area, hiking, and of course visiting the microbrewery and wineries.	New Glarus Octoberfest New Glarus Slideshow I went with Jess and another friend Kathy to the nearby town of New Glarus. Home of my favorite brewery in Wisconsin, it also hosts a great Octoberfest in the last week of September, celebrated with brats, homemade cheese fondu, polka bands, and of course, New Glarus beer.
Tour Of Taliesin Taliesin Slideshow On my 30th birthday, Jess and I toured the Taliesin estate, the primary home of Frank Lloyd Wright, the famous American architect. Amish Country, Minnesota Amish Country Slideshow We made a three hour trek into Minnesota, not only just to say we've been there this year, but also to visit the Amish Community in Harmony, MN.
