In Colorado, I had several goals as to what I wanted to photograph. I wanted to photograph the mines in Idaho Springs, mountain views, and a frozen river, such as the Big Thompson or another river. As opportunity would have it, I was able to photograph Boulder Creek just west of Boulder.
