Door County Visit, September, 2008
Door County, Wisconsin, is a well-known travel destination. However, we mangaged to go after the busy summer season and before the busy fall leaves crowds, so we had the peninsula in the northeast section of the state to ourselves. We only stayed one night, which was our only regret in this beautiful part of the country. We hiked, visited several state parks, and even found the county's only microbrewery, Shipwrecked. It was a very good trip for both of us.
