Afternoon In Madison, WI, October, 2008
As a traveler, it's easy to focus on all the surrounding areas and ignore the city you're in. It happened in New Haven, until I realized I hadn't spent any time downtown there and ended up spending an afternoon walking around. Realizing that the same thing was happening here in Madison, I went downtown late one sunny afternoon to get some pictures of the city. Sadly, the sun had started setting behind the buildings, but I still managed to get a few good shots.
