For one thing, I only "discovered" the Eno River trails in January of this year, so I haven't seen the river with all its greenery. This hike certainly had green involved; the trees were bright with color, and the water in the river was reflecting the green as well. Along with the bright blue sky and stark white clouds, it was a good color day.
