We went one morning to try to get some hiking in, and there was this huge crowd, complete with about 15 RVs, so we headed off for another lake for a hike of our own. We didn't see any wildlife, save a gray heron, but the scenery was beautiful. There was mist coming up off the lake, which gave a surreal perception, especially with the reflections of the lake. If nothing else, there are lots and lots of lakes in the area, nearly all of them beautiful. Now it'd be fun to have a canoe there.
